Absar learned the value of a dollar at a very young age, first job at age 9, then went on to start his first company at age 15. University by day, sales and deliveries at night, Absar still managed to fast track the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Toronto. Absar was recruited to Bay Street by Ernst & Young, where he quickly moved up the ranks to Manager and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. Meanwhile, he spent his evenings and weekends fueling his passion for real estate working as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, and construction project manager.
Absar experienced the challenges in real estate, finance and construction and noted these archaic industries were ripe for change.
As Chairman of Lifelong Group, Absar wears several hats: Chartered Accountant, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and Builder and is equipped to manage Lifelong’s team of experts to roll out a unique vertically integrated process.

Abrar is a seasoned Real Estate executive with a foundation in finance and marketing. After completing his Bachelor of Business Administration, he worked in corporate marketing at Knew Sales Group. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2012; combined with his passion for marketing, he became a dominant force in the residential market winning the Remax Top Producer award in his first year of business. Abrar spearheaded the launch of one of the Region’s top independent brokerages offering a boutique white glove realty service paralleled to none. Abrar enjoys mentoring graduate realtors to harness the use of technology to revive the real estate service industry. He leverages Planulife’s artificial intelligence technology to oversee all aspects of the real estate process from selling, buying, to investment properties and pre-construction.
Ammar Beg

Head of Partnerships Ammar started his career in sales at TD Bank and quickly noticed a gap in the financial services sector. He obtained his realtor designation at one of the industry’s most challenging times shortly after the 2008 financial crisis. Despite unfavourable market conditions, Ammar deployed a hands on approach to the real estate service integrating construction management. Over the years, Ammar has established experience and industry relationships in all facets of real estate ranging from fellow real estate agents, finance specialists, to construction subcontractors. He has led seminars on topics from wide ranging as ‘Home Flipping’ to ‘Sustainable Construction’. Overall, Ammar is a seasoned real estate junkie and enjoys all things do with property and investment. He likes pushing the boundaries and his mission is to revolutionize Canadian real estate as we know it.
